so i started track on wednesday. Its the hardest thing in the world. It makes me relize what bad shape iam really in. the first day we ran 5 miles!! thats from my school to 441, by shadowwood movie theatre. Of course i was last back, but i didn't want to give up. after my legs were so sore, they felt like they were gonna fall off. I even took motrin. It probly wasn't such a good idea to run that much on no more than 200 calories. I need to start eating more. I never have time to eat lunch. As i was running, I came across a school crossing guard. I look like I didn't know where I was going because the crowd of runners were waaay ahead of me. She was like are you with track, and iam like yeah, did you see them?and shes like yeah they passed by maybe 15 minutes ago. "by any chance do you know where 441 is?. " ohhh, that really far from here." oooo greaaat.
Iam such a whimp. but iam proud of myself that I made it, and i surprisingly caught up to everyone. second day of track we ran around the track feild 16 times and stretched a lot. this was actually more difficult becuase the coach was watching you run. Its really intense. I think i'll stick with it though. Maybe as i improve, Ill stop hurting so much. I really like running once i get numb.
